The Following Add-ons Can be downloaded through Curse Client and are all involved with loot:

LootCouncil_Lite - Loot Council is a new mod designed to help loot councils with a solid voting interface. Whenever a raid assistant or guild leader starts a loot council session for a specific item, members can either whisper their current item to the initiator, link in officer chat, link in guild chat, or link in raid chat. The mod will process the item and display it in an easy to use table. Officers can then vote for or against various members and see how other officers have voted.

EasyDKP - A simple queue works as follows : Players earn DKP however you choose to do it. As an example : items cost their itemLevel so when an item drops the player that gets it is charged its itemLevel and the other players earn that number of points shared out - eg: Naxx 10 epic is iLvl 200, with 10 players in raid they earn 20 points each - 200/10 = 20.

Drunkard Suicide Kings - To add someone to a list simply target them and select add. They can be moved up or down the list, removed from the list, or murdered (forced suicide) by selecting the player in the list hitting the appropriate button.  To open bidding on an item simply alt click it. This will open the bidding window on everyone's screen (assuming they also have this installed).
(This "List" is first added by the RL and then is randomized.  Giving player 1 first choice at a loot that they can use.)
(PS - Armor Tokens(ICC) are formated on a different list so if you are the top on the gear list doesn't necessarily mean your top of the armor token list)

Those are the easiest add-ons to use that I found so far. So if you can look through it.  I believe what ever we decide to use everyone should need to download it.
