There's a nice looking ret pvp build already being discussed, 18/7/51.  Holy Shock/ Judgement crit +15% along with illumination O.o

I guess with a decent enough range nuke in the form of Holy Shock, the fact they lowered the damage of divine storm is ok. ^.^
